The PT6A family is a series of free-turbine turboprop engines providing 500 to 1940 shp (433 to 1,447 kW). The PT6A-114A engine is commonly found on the Cessna 208 Caravan. According to the Pratt & Whitney Canada website, PT6A-114A engines can also be used on the 208B Caravan I.
